I wouldn't recommend this dentist office! They show favoritism to people's culture's! The indian women that took my x rays is racist! She also is very mean in doesn't seem like she likes her job 😕 she looked very mean! The Asian doctor there he seems way to happy, to pull multiple teeth all at once, which is dangerous! He doesn't seem like he respects women very much either! Not a welcoming office! Seem like there really just worried about money!! They make money when they have to pull multiple teeth!

The dentist has been through and told me the producers whole step of the way. As to the last post which is a lie they give you local antheaia to pull teeth. Had 8 teeth pulled Harley any Paine dentist was very good. Only complaint is having a full set of dentures done and taking way to long. Appointments scheduled like two to three weeks out. I have talked to other people would come in weekly to have full set of dentures done. Taking to long.

I am so upset with the incompetence and medical negligence I have experienced at west lancaster dental group. I had a referral to get all my wisdom teeth extracted here. I had to wait a month for an appointment, and get my xrays done again despite me having a referral. I was told the doctor is only in once a month, and that my insurance had to approve of a referral for them, to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. I was told I would be called as soon as the insurance approves the referral which would be in 4-6 weeks. I have been in so much pain, as my wisdom teeth are growing in impacted. I called ten weeks later (today) and asked about the referral. I was told they’d check and call me back. I asked why I was never called to schedule my appointment when the referral was approved. Thats when I was lied to immediately. I was told that my referral was approved as of today (after I called to check in?) and thats why they called me today. Then I told they never put in the referral *10 weeks ago*, and that shes putting in the referral right now for only two teeth. I was lied to and told they would extract all four teeth and now its just two? And then I was told its not 4-6 weeks for insurance to approve extractions; that it will take an additional 8-10 weeks. Im in pain. Ive been in pain since March and they are too busy finger popping each other, they have no time to do their job. I was also told that they do not do any type of sedation for extractions, that they just pull the teeth straight out. I was told to come back in five weeks and that they may do the extraction, but the referral wasn't put in until today, so it may be 2 additional months for my extractions.

When I first starting coming here I really liked them and especially the two dentists they had. Now the dentist, he always cuts my mouth every time I get work done, and there's always a mistake. Each time I come now, I'm here longer and longer. I don't know if they just don't remember that I'm there or they just don't care but to be here for over two hours when you're just getting a crown fitting and a temp on is ridiculous. The dental assistants on the most part are really kind and nice, but the dentist is slow and messy. After they finish the work on my tooth, I will not be returning

West Lancaster Dental is the most welcoming professional dentist atmosphere I've ever been in the people there are great they treat you like family and the front desk receptionist Maritza is one of the most professional and respectful welcoming receptionist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting
