Great staff and care. Roula is such a calming presence and does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable. Gaby’s work is great! She has such a good eye and wants to ensure you are happy with the results. I have no doubt that anyone who visits West Medical will leave with a good experience.

Everyone in the office was very professional. They did an excellent job of explaining the procedure for spider veins removal and answered all of my questions. They also gave me instructions on before and after care. On the day of the procedure, I was quite nervous but Gaby and Roula helped me relax and feel more comfortable. They even played soft music to help me feel at ease. During the procedure, they frequently asked if I felt okay. After the procedure, Gabby answered all my questions and discussed the after care process. Also, Roula was an excellent assistant who was by my side from start to finish. She even showed me an easy way to put on my compression stockings. I highly recommend this office.

I highly recommend West Medical for vein treatments. I'm so glad that I found them. Gaby did my treatment and she was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. Roula is an assistant and she made me feel very comfortable by holding on to me during the procedure. They both showed me how much they really do care about their patients. Will definitely be returning.

Well, the truth is that I can't say that the treatment helped Me, but they did an ultrasound to see the pain it caused me after the first treatment but it's something I need to do and it's much more expensive and unfortunately they don’t accept my insurance.

So , I don't know if that's why the first treatment didn't help me, but I can say that nurse Gaby and her assistant Roula, were excellent people, Roula makes you feel as if she is your sister and when they give you the injections she gives you some touches of relief in your legs that psychologically help you a lot 🙏🏽😔

The staff of the entire office is very friendly, cordial and they have excellent customer service

Everyone was so pleasant and very knowledgeable
Thank you Wendy , and Gaby who inform me of what procedure i would be needing. But i need a ultrasound 1st . To get a true reading . Then i am going to have my procedure done . I have a friend who went here to West Medical in Rancho Cucamonga & is extremely happy with the results. Thank you Lydia too she is seating my test .
