It's definitely not worth the money. My appointment was at 130pm. I arrived at around 140, to which I fully expected it to eat into my time because I was late. However, had I arrived on time, I would have been stuck waiting because the last client was just leaving as I walked in, and the masseuse was still getting the table changed over. The masseuse admitted she was running behind, which is fine, and she assured me I'd get my full time (1.5hr) , which I did not. She asked me the standard questions, and by the time we got started, I'd say it was around 145-150 . I was finishing and dressed by 3 pm on the dot (soo 1hr 10min). The massage wasn't great. She was nice, but when she could tell it was hurting me with the pinpoint pressure she was applying with her elbow/thumb, she went from 7 pain scale to a 2 barely touching me. Did apply any pressure to work on the two knots I had. Also, I paid $20 for clay packs as described online, but what I got were a few hot towels and rocks. Hot towels which she left sitting on my back until I was cold then she put the hot stones on top and asked if I could feel it (like the hot stones were supposed to heat the cold towel up). Finishing up I asked about the $25 discount sited from their email for booking this massage as a last minute slot...she asked for a tip but couldn't apply the discount..then said someone (I believe April) could get a hold of me. When I asked about how I'd hear back (possibly email), she said yeah possibly...she could care less. It was such an insanely disappointing experience for $160.

I wanted to share how absolutely wonderful April is at massage. I recently referred a client/friend to her that was in the process of moving and having a real issue with lower back pain.
