This is such a wonderful dental office!! Story time!! I haven’t had a new crown since I was about 21 and, I’ll be honest, it bothered me. While I was not in excruciating or even constant pain, whenever I ate steak or chicken, I had to immediately floss or my gums would swell and my mouth would hurt. So, it’s not the worst fate, but I eventually gave up steak, for my health, but also due to the pain I got when I ate it.

Fast forward, 20 years, 2 children and a husband later, my family finds White Pine Dental. While our past dentists were wonderful, I haven’t had a cavity since I was 27, we started going to Dr. Webster at White Pine Dental. From our first visit through yesterday, now 3 years, Dr. Webster and his staff have been so kind and helpful to our family.

Remember that irritating crown? Welp, that’s what has me posting today. While all my other visits have been fine and regular, I never got that irritating crown changed because, surprise, I hated the needle and the process it took to do so. You’ve got to be numbed, then get a temporary, then come back, have it popped off and get the new one on; exposing your nerves during the process. Does that sound easy? Something you’re rushing to do? Nope! Nope! Not for me, until Dr. Webster.

He convinced me to get the crown replaced and I trusted him. From start to finish EVERYTHING he said was true! After I was numbed, I had NO pain and that temporary crown, which hurt in the previous crown replacements, didn’t hurt once the meds wore off. Going back for the finished crown, again the worst part, went SUPER fast and easy. Dr. Webster would NOT let me be uncomfortable and in pain. He made sure the new crown fit comfortably. I cried a few tears of joy! I’ve never cried tears of joy at the dentist, but it was in that moment I realized that I had been in a low level of pain with that old tooth, so long, that it was my normalcy. So instead of fixing it, I lived with it, but this new smile and pain free eating had me realizing I should’ve done this a long time ago.

On my way out, I was given some bread as well! Dr. Webster’s staff informed me that they bake fresh bread, in office, and help to break up the medicinal smell. It was the best part of my day.

So, if you have children, a husband, or just want a kind, empathetic, caring, knowledgeable dentist, please choose White Pine Dental. You’ll always receive a smile and such a wonderful experience.

Reception is very friendly, but you can't be a patient EVER AGAIN if you try to reschedule on the morning of. Now hey, I get it... it was last minute. But now I have a not so favorable opinion about the facility. Bummer, was really looking forward to this experience. As I'm reading the comments, I see that it is being said that it's one of the most accommodating offices. Not in my experience I guess.

I was leery of changing dentists but now I'm 100% sure we made the right decision. This isn't just about location. Dr. Webster is not only personable, but his skills are impeccable. This is one of the most accommodating offices I've ever dealt with. They really care about your health, and your schedule. The office is very clean, up to date and cozy. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further. You found the best in town.

After receiving poor care at a different office, I came to white pine with all of the dental anxiety. Marissa and the office staff was so kind to me, and made sure I was well taken care of. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone!

Dr, Webster and his staff are great.!! I had to find new dentist after my good friend, and previous dentist Dr, Fortson passed away. and I am so glad I went to white Pine dental it’s close to my home was original reason for going there but I would now drive from anywhere to go see Dr, Webster really a good guy very personable and a great knowledgeable professional dentist.. thank you white pine dental.. sincerely J.H

My son and I went in today for the first time. It was my son's first time seeing a dentist and my first time in about 15 years. Every single interaction we had with the staff was positive and comforting. Our hygienist was amazing and she talked my son through the whole cleaning process and made his first dentist experience a pleasant one. They asked good questions and were very thorough. The staff at the front desk were awesome, my son absolutely loved them. Such a good first time experience.
