Terrible dental office. Do not go there! They tried to charge me $400 saying my plan didn't cover a procedure but it did cover it and it wasn't easy getting my money back. They wanted to apply it toward my next appointment where they were going to charge me $550 for medicine they were going to prescribe in office to take home. When I questioned this charge they said it was mistakenly added to my bill. They were going to charge me $950 total in fees for their mistakes. Thank goodness i was proactive in questioning their incompetence. Now they are harassing me for trying to cancel my next appointment even though I've canceled it 4 times online and made 3 calls to their office. Don't go here. They are incompetent thieves.

I was in extreme pain and needed an urgent root canal. Rachel and Summer at the office were very patient and understanding and helped get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Sawyer has the most gentle hands! She was very professional and precise during the procedure. It was completely painless. I've had fillings more painful. I am very happy with the services here! The office is clean and very up to date. I recommend!!!

I LOVE THIS DENTIST! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen even when I’m late for my appointment (oops). They also have a top tier massage chair which is kind of awkward to use in a room full of people but I don’t even care. I had a great experience with my braces and I get compliments on my smile all the time! I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and they were so understanding when I was panicking but it ended up being quick and painless! Love this place!

With all due honesty, I had my first appointment here and waited a long time to be seen, which I didn’t mind as it was my first visit. The X-ray technician was great, and the front desk guy was friendly. However, after taking my X-rays, they tried to upsell me, quoting $2000 for work that would cost about $500 elsewhere. When I declined and asked for my X-rays, they refused unless I paid an additional $75. Despite not having any work done besides the X-rays, they charged my insurance $568 for an “oral evaluation,” “office visit observation,” and “X-rays.” These people are crooks. Be cautious; they are only interested in making money off you. Please do your research and go elsewhere. Don’t let them take advantage of those who don’t know better.

Without exaggeration, this was the worst experience I've had with a dentist. They were extremely unreliable; my dental crown took 3 months to be ready. Additionally, there was no customer care for their mismanagement and lack of coordination. Every time I took time off work to go there, the crown either had issues or was ordered incorrectly for various reasons! After all these visits, the temporary crown they placed was too high and damaged my gum, causing inflammation and bleeding for a long time. I absolutely do not recommend them due to their lack of concern for health, time, and respect for the customer.

Amazing service by the staff and specially Dr. Mahasa, she knew exactly what needs to be done which other dr’s couldn’t figured. I am happy to find an excellent dentist. Also, assistant taking X-rays and front desk (summer) friendly, knowledgeable and Polite. Highly recommended ⭐️
