Upon arrival I was not greeted. I noticed that the receptionist was on the phone and stood there to wait until she was done with her call. After she was done she still did not acknowledge me. So I sat down believing she may busy and will call me up when she's available. Sat down and waited with still no acknowledgment whatsoever. Another customer walked in and as soon as he walks in gets acknowledged and proceeded to assist him. I arrived on time for my appointment and waited patiently only to be ignored. In my opinion this is horrible customer service. In no way shape or form was I rude. I just got up and walked out. Will definitely take my business elsewhere. I can’t say anything about the dental work here as I did not get serviced at all.

My son had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out. He is 17, so we understand that we (parents) didn’t need to be in the room with him. However, as he is not an adult yet we would have appreciated the doctor to give us a quick review before he did the procedure and a quick summary afterwards of how it went. The clerical staff was friendly and gave us a one-page handout with post-op instructions. We asked what we should do if we had any complications in the next few days and the clerk told us we would have to wait until they return from the holiday closure.

Dr. Do was absolutely amazing! She is very kind, gentle and thorough. She listens to you. She makes sure you are not in any pain, and that you are okay throughout the procedure. Root canals are not fun, but she took a stressful situation and made it comfortable. The staff were very good too.
I recommend having your procedures done here.

Dr haun was the dentist that did my root canal. She took her time and was very detailed and personable, would highly recommend her. The only issue I had with this dental office was the person running the front desk. I was quoted a price for a consultation on two different occasions. Once I showed up for my initial appointment the price had nearly doubled from what was quoted. I refused to pay the extra amount and in the end the additional monies was not even required. I would recommend the dentist and staff that assist the dentist but not how the front office is ran.

This was my first visit with this office. I also had to get both wisdom teeth taken out along with a bone graft replacement. You could imagine the fear and anxiety. Well, needless to say. The staff was amazing. They made my visit so welcoming and comfortable for me. I appreciate the staff customer service. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone. Thank you staff for making my visit so comfortable. I appreciate you.

My experience with Whittier Dental Specialists Center was excellent. The doctor and staff made my appointment as easy and pleasant as possible. Doctor Anh Quynh Do was very gentle. She and her assistants regularly asked if I was okay or needed anything.

I was sent to The Center by Dr Laura Lee of La Habra. I went to Dr Lee for a second opinion, as I had been quoted $7000 by another dentist in my area. Dr Lee was wonderful, and referred me to the Whittier Dental Specialist Center. In the end my cost $151.50, after insurance. I am a senior on Medicare.

So, thank you so much to Dr Do for her care, kindness and fairness. I hope everyone reads this review.
