Unprofessional and will not come back again. I scheduled an appointment for a filling a week in advance. I showed up for my appointment and Dr. Htun took a look at my x-rays for the damaged teeth and said it would take 45 mins to do and since he was booked all day, he couldn't fit me in and had to reschedule. It was unprofessional for the clinic to have me come in person and tell me to reschedule because they were booked that day when I already had an appointment. It's frustrating for the doctor to tell you they are booked and want to prioritize other patients. An appointment usually is around 30-45 mins so I don't understand how my filling would cause such an extreme hindrance to other patients.

Also didn't appreciate them not saying sorry about the inconvenience of me having to reschedule again. The amount of time to drive and leave room for my work schedule for this appointment was wasted.

UPDATE:
I went to a different clinic the next day and they were able to do my filling in 20 minutes. Their service and quality was much better than here

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and I never had any complaints! I especially loved the box of toys that I could pick out of after each of my visits. Dr. Htun filled in my cavities and cleaned my teeth every 6 months. I appreciate that he suggested me to get braces / Invisalign for my slightly crooked teeth, but he didn’t pressure me to get them.

Shoutout to his assistants and receptionist, Ashley! Everyone is always so friendly.

Dr. Htun always takes time to explain to you what he is trying to do and why doing it. Giving you all the necessary options and knowledge, so you can make an educated decision on the procedures.
Over the years, I can see Dr. Htun spent a lot of resource in updating the equipment, a very positive sign that Dr. cares and want to place good resource to his patience.
Dental assistance Kim always wears a smile, very helpful and attentive.
I am glad that I found a dentist that I can trust!

Dr Htun has always been friendly and professional from the first visit to my most recent. One can sense that he cares for his patients. His knowledge of dentistry is clearly evident as he explains and carefully answers each of my questions. He is always telling you what to expect prior to a procedure and is on the money when it comes to exactly how things should feel. This attention to detail and his excellent assistant, Kim are why me and my family always come back. I would highly recommend him to anyone, young and old.

Dr. Htun and his assistant (Kim) are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I especially like that he uses up to date equipment and tools so it makes things like tooth x-rays, cleaning, general check up items quick and efficient. His technique is also great too - I used to leave my previous dentist with sore gums and tooth sensitivity - now I just leave with a clean and healthy feeling!

I just finished seeing Dr. Htun for an emergency molar crown refit as it had fallen out and I was extremely impressed and pleased with his professionalism and gentle painless service. I was also in need of a thorough cleaning, check up, Xray and he managed to squeeze me in and gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. It was all done so painlessly and efficiently by Him! The office and staff was very nice, very professional, clean and Covid safety maintained with only 1 patient in at a time. Due to pandemic I hadnt been in for about 2 years and sure glad I was able to get an appt and my molar crown taken care of so quickly despite their busy schedule. I was not rushed and very well cared for. Thank you Dr. Htun and staff. You have restored my crown so I can chew on that side and have nice clean teeth again.
