I had a tooth that began to hurt incredibly bad on a Thursday. Called my regular dentist who could not get me in for another six days. When the pain go so bad I could hardly stand it, a friend recommended Dr Netzley. We called and they had an appointment at 11 am. I took it even though I don’t have a history with this dentist. His staff even call me back immediately when they had a cancellation so I could come even sooner. Within an hour of arriving I was all fixed up. I will be forever grateful for that pain relief by Dr Netzley and his staff.

Please be aware that if you use insurance they regularly overcharge. They never explained their billing practices thoroughly and it wasn't until I got an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance and saw that what I was supposed to pay (my portion) was much less than what I had actually paid. It turns out they overbilled me by more than $175 over the span of about a year of treatment and they didn't mention this, I HAD TO ASK. I would have never known if I hadn't paid attention to my insurance statements. I've been trying to get them to pay me the money they owe me for about 4-5 months and get the run around everytime I talk to them.
*7/22/24 update/revision to this review: they have settled the discrepancy, however it wasn't until they saw this review. I'm glad it is resolved.
My general advice to any patient is to PLEASE pay attention to your billing. Insurance and doctor offices are rarely on the same page so you must advocate for yourself! I stand behind my review of this office, though. I was disappointed that I was seen several times for over a year and they never once mentioned I had been overcharged or had a credit. Breaks down trust.
