Dr. Wilson and staff are hands down the best dental office in the area, and I have been to many in my life.
I have had several root canals and crowns before. Today I had my first root canal and crown by Dr. Wilson assisted by Jade. I literally didn't know when he was finished.
I told him he needs a shirt with "smooth operator" on the front because I've never experienced such gentle dental work before and I've had a lot. I'm overcoming my anxiety of going to the dentist since becoming his patient. I couldn't be happier with his care as well as his office staff.
If you are looking for a genuine caring dentist, Dr. Wilson is the man.

Dr. Wilson is the best Dentist in Florence, Alabama. He has very high integrity in his work and is 110% proficient in the practice of dentistry. Don't go anywhere else, you have found you dentist. His staff is friendly and amazing. You will see.....book him! Side note: I switched dentist at one point due to insurance reasons and he had to literally fix the problem that another dentist called. If my insurance ever changes, I'll just pay out of pocket.....you only have one set of gums and one set of teeth. Take care of them.

Since a young child I have had a fear of the dentist which had lead me to neglect my dental health even into my 30’s. I decided this year that I would stop letting my fear control me and I found Dr. Wilson and his staff. From the first time I stepped into their dental chair I felt comfortable, I even cried from embarrassment on my first visit. From that day they assured me that they were here to help me and they have. The entire staff has made getting the work I needed comfortable and painless. Dr. Wilson has made sure that every procedure I needed was painless, laid back and professional. I now I have a smile I am SO proud of. Don’t put off going and getting the dental work you need.. I promise, Dr. Wilson and his staff will make you realize that there is nothing to be ashamed of and you will leave with a smile that you will be proud of.

Dr. Wilson and staff are excellent. They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I get very nervous and tense at just the thought of dental work but Dr.Wilson put me at ease. He has an excellent bedside manner and all of the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this practice.

Everyone was so incredibly nice. Very professional and very good at their jobs. I absolutely hate going to the dentists, Dr Wilson and his staff changed all that. I felt no pain. Thank you Dr Wilson and your team for doing such a good job. I won't be going anyplace else.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Wilson for all your dental needs! I’ve been going to them for two years now and the quality of care is very impressive. Dr. Wilson always makes sure you know exactly what’s being done, and ensures that all work is done efficiently and accurately. All of the staff are very kind and accommodating as well, and you never have to wait in the lobby for more than 5-10 minutes. Overall, the environment here really makes me feel safe and at ease, and you don’t have to worry about long waits. So for anyone who gets nervous/scared when going to the dentist, this is definitely the place to go. Five stars!

Radiation to treat a skull base tumor left the bones in my head spongy, soft, and porous. My teeth began falling out and breaking off. Dr. Wilson thoroughly assessed my situation and determined the best, most lasting course of action. I’m extremely grateful Dr. Wilson took the time to analyze my dental problems as they related to my other health problems. He and his staff (especially Bri and Jade) were down-to-earth and very polite. I was never uncomfortable. I LOVE my new smile and I’m so thankful for the treatment and encouragement I received from everyone at Wilson Dentistry.
