New patient questionnaire was most exhaustively thorough I have ever done. But office staff had a tablet which made it straight forward.
Cyndi, the nurse was grand. Also thorough, knowledgeable, great sense of humor yet discreet. She did an excellent job of setting the stage for the Dr while answering questions as she could while also leaving some for Dr.
The Dr was deliberate, well experienced, did a wonderful job of finishing nail trim and treating for neuropathy. As a child, I had foot surgery n can't stand to have them touched. In his quiet calm care, I wasn't the least anxious. I trust him completely n look forward to seeing him again.
Once back to office staff escorted by Cindy who offered caring practical parting advice, the quiet efficiency moved on to set up next visits with sensitivity to my schedule n deference to my needs.
Wiregrass is blessed to have such excellence and quality in its midst and finds in this new patient relief and pleasure and a dedicated patient from now on!!!

I would go everyday of the week if I was allowed....my feet 2 years ago were not great from wearing boots all the time, but now they are fantastic!!! I will always go to this EXACT PODIATRIST because my feet are back like I never wore boots and ready for the beach...Not to mention I LOVE the staff...can't go wrong in a place like that....Having a good time while getting your PRETTY FEET ON!!!!! Thanks, Jennifer Decker, I have one great Podiatrist!!! WAR EAGLE ?

It was sooooo Great I was on pins and needles scared to death ☠️ about my toe situation and I was totally ? at ease with my Caregiver aka Doc her assistant was Super KQQL and put me at total relaxation. She and the Doc are the Best . Can’t wait to see them again in 3 months , yaaaaaa

Excellent diagnoses and treatment, efficient, had to wait about 10 minutes beyond my appointment time, but the efficiency of her and her staff made it well worthwhile.
