First, the bedside manner of the dentists were fantastic.

However, the ethics of the practice is questionable. I was a first time patient. Standard dental checkup is exam and cleaning. After the exam, the doctor told me the treatment plan. This was all fine up to this point. But then the assistant said it was all done. I asked "what about the cleaning?". He then had to go check on this?! After about 5-10 min, came back and said, that it turns out the cleaning is covered by your insurance. (Ok what insurance does not cover basic cleaning?) So then they did the cleaning. How a dental office does basic cleaning is the #1 thing I evaluate about a new dentist, since it's good for the patient, but is a low margin item for the dentist. They were intent on just skipping it?!

Next they recommended a crown replacement. No problem. Based on the how they handled the cleaning, I knew I wasn't coming back. But I wanted to wait for the estimate just to see. Sure enough, they said all my insurance would cover is a basic metal crown, and to get a better crown is not covered by insurance and would have to be completely out of pocket. Said something about "after covid that insurance companies started doing this." I 100% knew this was a false statement as I just got another crown last year, and I called my company to ask and they denied this.

All in all, the dental aspect may be good, but the business practice is unethical.

The Dentists and staff have always been very professional and friendly. I haven’t had any problems or issues with Woodcrest Dental Studios. They make my appointment as pleasant as possible. Very helpful from the Dentists to the Receptionists. I recommend this Dental Group

Called Dr. K last minute because I had a terrible toothache. They saw me immediately and gave me pain medications antibiotics and had me come back in a couple of days for an extraction. No way to save the tooth. I have lot of work that needs to be redone from 25 years ago and it’s time for it to get done. They do everything in house, implants, root canals etc. Great Husbnad and Wife team!
Well, the start of a major 25 year reconstruct has begun and I can’t be happier. I reviewed, and consulted with 3 other specialist and when you just don’t have that comfortable feeling, you go with who you feel is most honest and is there for you. Dr K is the go-to for me. And I can’t forget to give props to Genevieve at the front desk who actually takes time to check on you! Also Carlos is a great back office lead that goes the extra mile for anything you ask for.
Another milestone visit. Dr. Mrs. K is back and I was happy to have her also work on me. What a team! Both of them were so concerned on color matching my new implants and took the time to go out in the sunlight to make sure everything matched perfectly. I can’t say enough about this office. And I have always hated going to the dentist!
10/30-added crowns to 2 existing posts. They came out perfect. Matched color perfectly. Can’t wait for next step.

Went in for a 6 month checkup. They didn't scrape off all of my tartar. I had to finish at home, injuring myself with the pick. They charged me $160 to squirt something on my gums, which they immediately washed off "by mistake ". Oops we will reapply it, they said. They did not. This is how they scam you when there is nothing wrong with your teeth. The receptionist was oversolicitous to the point of cringe. I did not have that great clean and smooth feeling one should have when I left. Not going back!

Over the past few years, I've come to depend on the Dr's Kalyani and their amazing staff for anything dental--the doctors are dedicated professionals in every sense, and their professionalism transfers to the entire staff--it's so refreshing to know they're not selling anything but expertise! Im really very pleased with the service i recieved today , Dr. Kalyani and his staff are the most kindest sweetest professionals and they had such great patience with me .
