Dr. Cox is a wonderful doctor. But… I have had an MRI denied twice and have been trying to get anyone to call me back to figure this out! My insurance company has called twice and left messages, I have left messages and finally someone called back when I left messages I would be going elsewhere, she apologized, gave various reasons for no return calls, then promised me I would get a call back on Monday, over a week ago. Seriously I am in pain and need help!! Why will nobody respond to me or my insurance company?!? I’ve been dealing with this for pain for MONTHS!

I went in for an ingrown toenail. Treatment was great. Office staff not great. I had a follow up appointment a few weeks later. I have cancer and had an appointment at Mayo which caused a conflict and I had to cancel my appointment. I called to cancel my appointment and left a message (no one answers the phone). Shortly thereafter I received a bill for no show. I called AGAIN and left ANOTHER message (no one answers the phone). Lo and behold I just received another no show bill! I'm going to pay this bill but will be going to Phoenix for most of my medical needs.

Dr. Cox and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office is run efficiently and office staff address check-in and appointment scheduling in an efficient and timely manner. Doctor Cox takes his time with you to understand your medical needs. He explains all treatment options thoroughly and answers any questions you may have.

He performed a thorough examination of my feet, and clearly explained his findings and recommendations on treatment. I am really glad I was referred to Dr. Cox's office by my GP. What a (w)itch!
We arrived 30 minutes early for my first (and, trust me, my last!) appointment with Dr. Cox.
MapQuest showed Suite 10 as being in the rear of the building. We found the Suite 10 sign, entered, only to

to find ourselves in the employee break room. Ahead of us was a long set of stairs to an upper level. We called out - no response. I'm eighty-one years old, overweight, with two knee surgeries and a bad back. I had to crawl upstairs, only to be told, quite coldly, that the entrance was from the front of the building. I explained that I can't comfortably climb stairs; could I walk around the receptionist's desk to the waiting room? Nope!. I painfully made my way down the stairs, without breaking my neck, back, etc. There should have been a sign at the rear door, along the lines of "Employee Entrance Only - Patient Entrance in the Front" All in all, I was treated like a homeless person with an STD. I don't have a hugh ego. Still, I treat medical providers with respect and expect to be treated with an equal level of respect. Dr. Cox may be a competent doctor; however, his front office staff would be better suited to being a receptionist at the city dump.
