I wanted to leave a positive review for anyone looking to get their wisdom teeth extracted. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at Dr Young Lee's office. I was sedated through an IV but still awake. Initially I was a tad bit scared to be awake during the procedure, however everything was a breeze. They also numbed my mouth as well, the actual tooth pulling felt like it was done in 5 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. I do want to note that my wisdom teeth were not severely impacted, only 1 was giving me an issue however I decided to remove all to save myself time in the future. By day 6-7 post- op, I was eating normal food again. My insurance (Guardian) processed the claims within 2 months. Dr Young Lee actually owed me money after the insurance payout and I recieved the refund without even having to call the office. I have healed great with no issues and I am so happy I went through with getting this taken care of. I highly recommend Dr Young Lee's office!

I was pretty impressed with the doctor I work for a client and he was very detailed abot the procedure the cost of the surgery. What to expect and give you real answers and straight forward as to what needed to be done with my client and why hes choosing the 3 stage of completing the project. Client has been afraid for over 20 years and finally sound a doctor who she feels comfortable with and why he choses to do the procudure in a way that doesnt knock you out if you have fear of that because I do! There were everal options and gave reasoning and why thre reasoning and using clear medical terms that were very understandable and not using all these big words to confuse people. It was a day that we had a clear blue bueautiful sky. No clouds in the air and this doctor was on point in communicating to the client and myself and Thank you for the consultation and look forward to the proposed procedure and see you in 2025!

I was got referred to Dr. Lee’s office by my family dentist. I must say that I really enjoyed my procedure here. The staff are great and Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist. I had to have four extractions in two separate appointments. Both times the pain is very minimal, I felt relaxed and he is a great story teller. It kept me calm and before i knew it was done. The prices are kinda a bit high but it is worth it. My insurance helped a little bit. I highly recommend him. The waiting room is nice. He does only implants. I am not sure if I can afford it but I plan to at least do the CT scan for around $265. It is like a 3-D of your teeth incase I decide to choose the implants. But if not at least the scan part is done. I can use those records for my family doctor if I decide to go with partials or bridges. All depends on what I can afford. You have to make an appointment.

I wanted to share how fantastic Dr. Lee's staff are at processing claims. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted in 2022. My dental insurance wanted a denial from medical before they would approve and pay for it. It took 2 years for my insurance to finally approve it and it was only because the staff were adamant about getting it approved. Thank you ladies.

I was recommended to Dr. Lee by my brother for my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Lee did a beautiful job explaining the procedure and the possible (yet very unlikely) risks involved. The actual procedure was beautiful. I felt nothing, thank god. I was comfortable (courtesy of IV sedation) and don't recall much of the procedure itself. Unfortunately, my healing process wasn't as beautiful as the procedure. I suffered from dry socket. Fortunately, I was able to squeeze in a quick appointment with doctor where he placed a medicated strip on my opening and made sure that I was comfortable. He went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and I am so grateful. I highly recommend!

If ever having a tooth extracted because of a fractured root canal could be a pleasure, then I could say it was about just that at Dr Lee's office. Dr Lee and all his staff are super-nice and extremely professional. My procedure was completely painless, with not even the slightest discomfort, and I had no unpleasant after-effects. Highly recommended.

In April 2022, my daughter went to Dr. Lee to get her teeth pulled. He is not her regular dentist. I paid $1,700, on the date of the service, which was my out of pocket price for the procedure. The office waited until the end of the year to put the claim through my insurance. By this time, my daughter’s dental benefits had been used and they charged me another $324.00. The lady I spoke to in the dental office, didn’t make much sense and couldn’t believe my daughter had other dentist needs after this procedure. Of course she did, this was for extractions only. I would think they would know they need to bill insurance right away. I would think they would know that my daughter wasn’t a regular client and only a one time procedure. They ended up billing my insurance on 10/26/2022, after all the my daughter’s dental benefits were used. I didn’t get the benefit of waiting until October to pay my portion which was $1,700.00. They would not do the procedure without pre approval from the insurance company and without my out of pocket portion paid of $1,700.00,
which was paid in full. Thank you for charging me an extra $324.00. This place is a rip off. I paid in full at the time of the procedure. I didn’t owe any more money at all. What a joke.

Be careful when you go to this office. Keep on top of them. Make sure they bill your insurance on time and correctly.

In reply to your reply. I did take it up with my insurance company. They said, because you didn’t send the claim in in time, my daughters benefits were used. They said unfortunately they can’t do anything. I did file a grievance. You are a rip off. You are extremely rude. You don’t know what you are talking about. Thank goodness I don’t have to use your services anymore. Wow good for you, this is a stellar way to treat your clients when money is hard to come by these days.

Know what you are talking about before you speak. You didn’t explain anything on the phone, except for running around the issue and making excuses. You spoke in circles. It was frustrating. Your reply is ridiculous and to save face for your clients .

You didn’t file the claim in time because you were going through office changes and didn’t take care of business properly, and that is the truth. You are ridiculous and you are out of line. I already had the EOB so I didn’t need you to send it to me. You are even wrong about that. Get your story straight and correct.

Say whatever you have to say to feel better and try to make me look bad. I don’t really care. I know what happened and I know the truth.

Dr. Lee and staff were AMAZING!! I’m an older guy and was somewhat apprehensive regarding the procedure. He told me he’d rather sedate me than put me out. Well’ it’s over and the experience was far less invasive than I imagined. Not only did he and staff take time to educate me they were efficient, gentle, and compassionate. I wish all my medical/dental professionals were as caring!!!!!!
