As a new patient I was never taken back. 8 people went ahead of me. This included 4 that came in after I had been there waiting 45 mins. We stayed in waiting room for over an hour with no reference in when I would be called back.

Rosie is so rude and very unhelpful. I have tried to make my appointment with them multiple times and she is just so unhelpful and lazy. Says my name doesn't sound familiar and therefore can not locate my referral. I Asked her to look and she said she could but she would have to place me on hold for a long time. Then she came back saying no, we dont have it!! Like I said I've tried multiple times to book but with the service provided something easy has been something impossible. So I finally decided to change doctors sadly and all because of of an unhelpful Rosie!

First visit with Dr Duggan and the experience was wonderful. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Took care of my problem right away. After suffering for a couple weeks now 24 hours latter doing so much better. Set me up for a follow up in a month.

DON’T GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD/ADULT. Wish I could do NO stars.
I basically treated my own 15 year old’s foot. After treatment not working, & us doing the treatment at home, for a year(that she percribed & going in twice a month to her office), it did t work. The week came for my son to have surgery, and that SAME week, her staff called me & told me they canceled it, AND my son was no longer there patient. Horrible experience ever.
