Solo los he visitado una vez, pero la experiencia fue excelente. La atención de todo el personal fue muy buena. El lugar limpio y muy bonito. Los niños se sintieron cómodos y bien atendidos. El lugar tiene juegos que los mantuvieron entretenidos mientras esperaban.

Took my daughter here for the after hours Em. Clinic (which was a great experience and my daughter felt comfortable) as her pediatrician was in McDonough. I wanted to transfer down here where we live, and they told me she was inactive. She wasn't even one of their regular patients, so why is she showing being inactive? I'm not the first person they have done this too.
They did this to another couple that had to cancel an appointment the day of, because of a family emergency and the kids were taken out of their system and told they could no longer been seen there.

I am truly disgusted by the way I am being treated by this office. They discriminate against self pay clients. I paid for visits upfront and they are turning around and voiding out my payments and sending me bills in the mail for hundreds of dollars. I don’t see how this is legal. Not to mention the fact that if you don’t have insurance, labs aren’t mentioned and as soon as they think they you have insurance labs are now mandatory because they are so vital. Your children don’t matter to them unless they can milk your insurance company.

I brought my pre-teen in during after hours for a rash that developed quickly on his back. The receptionist was very kind and had patience with us since we’re new to the state and practice. She even helped with locating a pharmacy for us. The MA made us feel welcomed and at ease with being new. The doctors bedside manner was amazing. She had my child and I laughing and feeling good. I thought I made his condition worse by trying to handle it at home but she told me I did just fine. She was able to call over the prescription and had us out very quickly. They even let him pick from the treasure box even though he’s clearly a bit older for that! Which made his evening for sure. Thanks to all of you for making our visit run smoothly.

I had no issues with the doctors office until yesterday. I brought my 13 month old in because he had labored breathing. We seen Dr.campbell. His insurance was in renewal so I paid out of pocket. (Which was no problem) I brought my son because of his breathing and when the doctor came in all she did was listen to him and give him a breathing treatment. Not once did she offer to do any time of testing. Fast forward a few hours after leaving my son ended up in the ER with labored breathing again. Come to find out he has RSV and was LIFE FLIGHTED TO CHOA! When I called today to speak to the owner she was more concerned about her precious doctor than she was about my son! I simply wanted to know why Dr. Campbell neglected to test my son for anything. All the owner could say was “I never get complaints about Dr. Campbell” The only person who showed they cared was the practice manager! If this is how my child will be treated after they know his long history of medical problems I will no longer be using them! Please beware that the owner is quick to take up for her doctors than worry about her patients!

They were very. Rude Wait to last to cancel appointments that we wait almost 3 months. But want to inform us that my insurance would cover it a cancelled an canceled us the day of appointment. They were very unprofessional. I didn’t even get the option to pay out pocket.i was transferred to lady in bill who had attitude I also had attitude due the huge inconvenience. They had cause. They treat me like I was broke an could afford their service. So I take my kids Elsewhere I advise you do the same. Even when my kids did go there they only did the bare minimum.

It’s crazy how times have changed at one point you wouldn’t hear me saying anything bad about Zoe I’ve been with them for 9 almost 10 years now I even recommend them to my siblings for their children and it’s safe to say that I’m looking for another and so are my siblings every since they’ve moved into the bigger building it’s seems like that care and love is gone it seems like the doctors have more on their plates so it’s like every visit is rushed some (not all) of the nurses and front desk people are very rude and unkind! I will be taking my 4 children else where

The nurses have bad attitudes. The receptionist has attitudes. And the after hours is crazy. The Barnesville office needs to be cleaned up. Dr. Campbell is one good doctor. But everytime u call and prefer her it's always a problem. Please fix the problem not push it under the rug
