It's not often you can say you had a great time visiting your dentist, but for the two times I've been here, I have nothing but the best things to say about them, especially the very kind and highly skilled Ashley Dominguez. She's got a light touch both in her dental practice and with people. This dental office is efficient, and organized given the amount of patients they have. It's a well-run dental office staffed with personable professionals. Highly recommend. Glad I found a new dental office, after moving to this area.

I had such a great experience at Pleasant Hill Smiles, I was hesitant to schedule first because of the latest two reviews posted here but I took the risk and scheduled mine and my mom’s appointments we both were well taken care of. My mother needed a deep cleaning and she got it done with Ashley Dominguez the hygienist and I needed an Implant I got it scheduled with Dr.Oz their Oral Surgeon, their financial coordinators explained all in details regarding my insurance and coverage. My mom doesn’t have any and they managed to help putting her on a discounted payment plan that made it very feasible for us to get the dental care we both needed. Glad I followed my gut. Will definitely come back and refer friends and family !

This review is long overdue! I've now had a number of wonderful experiences at Pleasant Hill Smiles Dentistry -- from imaging, to cleanings, to crowns -- and feel endlessly grateful for the quality care, financial transparency, and support I've received from Dr. Romero Morales and her incredible staff. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Just a few days before Christmas, one of my crowns had fallen off. I called the dentist’s office on Monday and got an appointment that very same day. Predictably the doctor said I needed a new crown and that underneath there was an infection. I was not prepared for the price I was quoted. But I guess there are little miracles and acts of kindness around Christmas, because my wonderful dentist Sinaina Puri didn’t let me walk away without a new crown and allowed me a present in the form of a reasonable, reduced price. Amazingly, the crown was ready in just 10 minutes and put in place right then!

All in all this is a wonderful clinic with a skilled doctor, modern technology, and attentive staff. Thank you so much for the new crown and for making my Christmas!

I haven't always been the most diligent when it comes to taking care of my dental hygiene, and as a result, I've had quite a bit of dental work done over the years. Unfortunately, my experience at my previous dental office wasn't great, leaving me a bit apprehensive about finding a new dentist.

Pleasant Hill Smiles came highly recommended, so I decided to give them a try, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Dr. Maryam and Ashley were absolutely exceptional throughout my entire experience. They were not only professional and thorough, but they also made sure I was comfortable and well-informed every step of the way.

After my visit, I had a bit of a scare with some of the work they had done. My anxiety kicked in, and I feared something had gone wrong. However, they took my concerns seriously, brought me in the same day, and patiently answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. Their dedication to their patients is refreshing.

I know I wasn’t the easiest client, but they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the care I received. I would recommend Pleasant Hill Smiles ten times over. Thank you so much for everything!

I came here for a few times. I did the deep cleaning once here 3 years ago, they charged me a little bit over $400. Today I had my cleaning appointment again, the hygienists suggested me to do another deep cleaning, she said it will be around $900, if I donate $30 to something, they could offer me $100 off. I was like I never paid that much for deep cleaning, so I went to the front desk and the lady was telling me that I got over $400 3 years ago was because the hygienist back then gave me a huge discount. I was like: wtf?!! Is this a small shop that you can negotiate the price with your hygienist? She said the current hygienist can’t give you that much of discount. And back then nobody told me that. This is absolutely insane. I tried to ask the front desk she was like showing me absolutely no patience, and very rude attitude. I’m the customer and I was just trying to ask something. She of course wasn’t being helpful at all. I really consider to change my dental place. This is absolutely not normal, you get a different price just because different hygienists give different prices?!!!!!

Everyone from this place is always very kind from the front desk to the dentist chair. I came in with a big, visible cavity and crack in my tooth. Dr. Maryam Alubaidi and her staff helped me out. Never once did she make me feel bad for how I didn’t prioritize all of my dental hygiene or come in sooner. The lady who helped make my crown color matched perfectly and was also very nice. Plus just all of the staffing in general.

They work with my insurance, I think many people who might complain about pricing don’t ask for all of their options or do not clarify what their specific insurance covers beforehand. I have yet to have a problem with them.

I was referred to this office by a friend, and I’m so grateful I decided to go! I had been dealing with a toothache for a couple of weeks, and after a thorough examination, it turned out I needed a root canal and a crown. Dr. Maryam was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions patiently, which really put me at ease. She also treated a cavity during my visit, and I scheduled an appointment with the specialist, Dr. Lucas, for the root canal just two days later. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt very confident in the care I received. I highly recommend Smile Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care!
