My therapist is Ebony and I cannot thank her enough for providing me with a safe place for me to open up and focus on my concerns/traumas/healing. Therapy is not easy and she has provided me with resources/tools to navigate through my mental/emotional health. The lack of professionalism from the Office Manager is just wow! I can't even get upset with the remaining staff, because the management sets the standard. Trust me, that standard is LOW!!! (She used a conversation she had with my therapist against me...yeah, that low!!!)

Incredible how the SB County Jury Administration staff is much more accommodating, comforting and courteous than a Mental Health Office staff (including my assigned Therapist, I'm really disappointed in her, I really thought she was better than this)...

In closing, everything seemed okay until you TRULY need them. Outside of your billed sessions, they treat you like trash on the street...

Christine the office manager is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with… my children receive care there and this woman attempted to berate me regarding rescheduled appointments. She told me I had no call and no shows. Lol, I co-parent and brought up that they’ve cancelled appointments on me before as well. Lol, you’re bringing this up now? She cut me off repeatedly during the phone conversation then said she was going to “make a note on the account that we had this conversation today.”

I’ll tell you what, I will not stop until I speak with someone regarding your insensitive, unprofessional and condescending tone with the parent of a minor client Christine. Believe you me girl, you picked the wrong one to try to throw your weight around with.

People seek therapy for help, because they need help. They cancelled my appointment despite me confirming my appointment, because they weren't able to collect my co-pay. Now I have to wait further to see my therapist. They don't care about patients, all they care about is collecting money.

This is such a horrible agency and can not believe they are standards of practice. They don’t care about their patients or the work they are doing. I would recommend you contact a different agency. If you were referred here I would request elsewhere.
