This office is a complete nightmare. The staff , specifically the girl answering incoming calls, is rude, disorganized, and clearly doesn’t care about patients. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its patients!

And Good luck getting a call back from this place. They never answer the phone, and if you leave a message, don’t expect a response. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.”

I just contacted Advanced Psychological Associates & Wellness Center and was informed by the receptionist that there’s something like $50 fee for each form needed for work, such as time-off . I’ve decided to look for another psychologist who better fits me and doesn’t charge more for paperwork than the visit.

I had my last appointment about a month ago. the therapist I was seeing lectured me and antagonized me, as well. after the appointment ended, said therapist left me a voicemail discussing private information. i am very displeased with this office.

All the Doctors there are so nice and caring. Dr. Andrews was my doctor and he spent many hours with me helping me through my issues. He would even call me throughout the week to check on me and see how I was doing. Office staff is very kind greeting you with a smile and making you feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this office.

I started therapy, I couldn't video chat one morning and even told them the night before and I haven’t heard from my therapist since, been about a month now, no ones reached out, just shows she (Ayleen) doesn’t even care about my well being and probably doing it for the money. Not just that, but she wouldn’t even finish the whole hour and would cut it short every time. idk i just thought therapy would be more helpful, caring and professional with their work but it wasn’t for me, we talked about nothing helpful really just about the same things and how i should get medication on the very first day of therapy (who wants to hear that? why not wait a couple more sessions and see if therapy can actually work and help?) probably would change my therapist if I would ever consider to go back but most likely wont ever.

I saw great reviews on this establishment until i called and received an appointment about 1 month but due to reviews, I moved forward with the appointment. I was told many times to call back to find out my copay. I was told to call the following week, then when i called, i was told to call a few days later then the following week. After about two more phone calls, i was told in the end by Connie calling one week prior to my appointment is typical (first time hearing that) but she would do her very best to find out right then and there. She was unable to get a response so her coworker would call me in the morning. I never received a call back. Today I call once again and Connie answers and assures me someone will call me back. I asked to cancel the appointment and she RUDELY hangs up on me after asking if it is because I am unableto get an answer. The doctor may be wonderful but the administrative staff, particularly Connie is not up to par.

My therapist Aileen really helped me out. I'm finally feeling like myself after so long. She was very patient and kind. I also had a good experience with the staff, all were very nice.

Very unprofessional. Did not receive the services I was told were paid for and they are making up things to make it difficult. Everytime I've called I am told different information and they keep leaving notes for the owner to call but she never did. The receptionist was clueless and very argumentative. They hung up on me when I asked for a manager since I was getting no where talking to them the past 2 weeks and when I called back the OWNER said it was her that pressed a "button" on accident 😂...thanks to their lack of communication to their patients our out of state court hearing is being delayed and we have to pay for another trip to continue since we are still waiting to receive what we paid for over a month ago. Maybe the practitioners are decent there but, I would not ever choose them if you have a time sensitive case and have to deal with the front desk staff or apparently the owner who seems extremely insensitive considering they work at a wellness center! Worst customer service experience I think I've ever had...
