Purchased another pop on brand of veneers and they were very cheap plastic material that cracked snapping them in. No CS at all. Decided to try Bil veneers and they look almost real, especially from a distance. I feel happier knowing that I can smile and laugh without fear of embarrassment.

This is a must review for me. It's not often we experience customer service at this level.

So, if you're not familiar with Brighter Image Dental, this is the company that manufactures the complete veneer smile without a dentist visit.

I saw the advertisement, went to the Web site, watched a video, and was hooked. I placed my order, paid about $880.00 and waited. Received my impression kit less than a week later. I Followed the instructions to the letter, and was eager to mail my impressions back so I could have my set back in about a week, as I paid for the rush delivery. Went to the post office early Monday morning, and discovered that I didn't have the return box with me. Went back home, only to discover that the kit was nowhere in my home.

I called Brighter Image and explained my dilemma. Without a pause, they sent me another impression kit out and again I received it in under a week.l thought that I would have been charged for the second kit. No charge, at all. They even paid the shipping. They would have gotten 5 stars for that alone, but believe it or not, I misplaced this kit too. I placed the call that I knew would be met with a charge this time. With my credit card in hand I tried to come up with something that would make sense to the customer service rep. I couldn't, so I went with the truth, and told her I just can't find the kit. Like a true professional, she went right past my accountability and confirmed my address, while putting in another order for the impression kit. FREE, if the end product is anywhere near the quality of customer service, I am sure I'll be a happy customer. Thank you Brighter Image.

DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE...I ORDERED MY VENEERS AND IT TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET THEM AND WHEN I GOT THEM THE BOTTOM ONES WERE GREAT BUT THE TOP ONES WERE A MESS I WAS TOLD I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK MYSELF WITH NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY THAT WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THEY WERE WEARABLE...I HAD NO ACCESS TO A COMPUTER AND I ALSO I WORK 24/7 SO I HAD NO TIME TO SEND THEM BACK WHICH I THINK THAT IS THE WAY THEY GET YOU BECAUSE THEY KNOW PEOPLE HAVE A HARD TIME SENDING THEM BACK...they continue taking my money while I'm not able to wear the bilvaneers at all so I spent 2000 for absolutely nothing it is definitely not worth the money it is a waste of 2000$ dollars be careful very careful!!!

I just have to say i have never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist office. I didn't even know he was giving me the shot, i felt nothing and then i really felt nothing afterwards. I left there filling happy. I have never done that in my 33 yrs go going to the dentist. I will be recommending him to all my friends and family. I love Dr. Chapple and his staff. I have been visiting his office since I was young and have always had great experiences. Now, I travel from Victorville to Rancho to see him. Highly recommend them.

The staff is very unprofessional to say the very least ,Especially Jessica she was exceptionally rude and unprofessional stating my financial standing with the dentist office in public for everyone in their to hear I could also hear them laughing at me at my frustration because I have been in so much pain and have lost so much sleep that I am borderline delusional. I liked the doctor but I have to wonder what type of a doctor can hire an entire staff of incompetent women .And my last statement I do feel that I was being racially discriminated because I am a car cation mail and there is a Hispanic receptionist and I feel that she thinks that I'm some white privilige douch which is the exact oppisite I came from a poor family and came from nothing and I should be treated equally
