I went to a new dental clinic yesterday and found out that this place had a lot of issues. The filling they did before wasn’t done properly, and now it has to be redone—but my insurance doesn’t cover the same tooth within two years, so I have to pay out of pocket. Looking back, the dentists here kept changing—almost every visit had a different doctor—and they were always trying to upsell expensive services.

Attempted to overcharge me in crowns. The assistant told me my insurance was a discount program and did not provide any actual coverage . It just determined how much they could knock off their prices. If that’s the case, then why the hell would I pay for the insurance plan if I’d still pay market price?
If you do not know your insurance policy well, they will up charge you significantly. I was charged for one crown , when my insurance company intervened. The total amount of money charged managed to cover two additional crowns and additional dental work. (Total: 3 crowns and 2 cavities)They will steal thousands from you if they find you to be an easy target. The assistants are condescending and passive aggressive. I would never return here again. If you’re trying to better your oral health, the absolute worse thing you can do is go to place a place as judgmental and unprofessional as this one. Their scheduling was always so complicated as well.

The receptionist is as bad as it gets they called me the day before my appointment to cancel saying they double booked but couldn’t get me in for another 3 weeks just no accountability and not willing to fit me in at all. I would go somewhere else and avoid the headache!!!!

The best dental center ever! Excellent attention, caring dentist, Dr. Patel excels in many points. 2 thumbs way up! Fatima runs the front office with much helpful explanations on insurance matters. More so, she serves and give personal attention to each patient. Very professional, courteous, kind and genuine lady. I would recommend them all day!

I have been to many different dental offices in the Inland Empire area, this one is by far the best. Dr. Quinto is literally the greatest dentist I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, professional and nice. His skill and services make me want to keep coming back for treatment and recommend him to others. Fatima is one of the nicest and friendliest receptionist. She is knowledgeable and kind. Robert is a dental assistant and is super helpful. He is always in a good mood and helps the doctor and other staff as well. I will continue to come to this dentist for my dental needs. The surrounding area is convenient since it is off of the 210 fwy.

i don't trust very many people to work on my teeth; but here at Day creek dental I am positive that I am being taken care of. My dentist and assistant always communicate what their next step will be and constantly ask me if I am ok, comfortable, or in pain. & I can't forget how amazing the receptionist is. Fatima is sweet as sugar, and has always helped me in any way she can.

I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I was shaking when I first came here. The staff and Fatima make me feel so welcomed, they are professional and kind. I’ve been here twice in the last year, and it is my favorite dentist office. I had to have a small cavity filled, and the procedure was absolutely painless and completely tolerable. I walked in for my filling and cleaning at 11:00 am and walked out of the front office door by 11:39 am with all my procedures done. It completely changed my dentist experience and I am so grateful to have found them.

They seemed to be very nice dr Michelle was also good but when it came down to my treatment plan everything seemed to be done backwards. I was seen maybe 5 times and they did work on somethings that could have waited.. The areas that were important and caused me pain were not addressed till after my yearly insurance allowance was maxed out 😕. I'll admit I don't have the greatest or healthiest teeth. However now they seem so much worse. I'm always in pain now I have to tilt my head to 1 side the that any liquid I drink stays to the left side of my mouth and doesn't go near the right so my eyes don't get watery from the pain. I also can't chew it and literally feels as if there are 2 teeth that are so loose they feel as if they are going to come out...
