This place has some serious issues with scheduling and attendance. They give you an appointment at a certain time and the psych calls 2-3 hrs later when I'm at work. This is an occurring theme and the website athena is down most of the time so I cannot even access my information nor manage my appts. The customer service is normally rude and unhelpful. They really need to get their stuff together since a lot of clients rely on their medications. I will no longer be working with them and finding another provider for my needs. The other reviews on here seem to indicate the same sentiment.

HORRIBLE! I have left SEVERAL messages for an IEE assessment for my son and not once did they get back to me. Not professional one bit. I hope they go out of business

Do not waste your time. I called their offices on a Monday and was told they were accepting new patients and to complete intake forms online prior to scheduling an appointment. I did just that. Uploaded my insurance, copy of ID, all my personal information, etc. I received an email today that my documentation has been approved and to call to schedule and appointment. I called right away and was told they were not accepting new patients or appointments. A complete and utter waste of my time especially since the original receptionist told me my son could be seen in as little as 3 weeks. No one wanted to take accountability or apologize. Please go see another provider that has reliable staff. I’ll also be reaching out to Autism Speaks and request they no longer refer this provide since they don’t make appointments.

Was referred there by Kaiser. Woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. When I asked if I could get a reasonable adjustment to my appointment start time due to my disability she said "well people in wheelchairs get here at that time just fine so you can figure it out." Which is an absolutely horrific and abelist thing to say. Especially from a practice who makes money doing assessments. How is anyone safe if their care?

Best experience ever. Office staff are so friendly and answered all my questions. The doctors were really nice and knowledgable. I was at ease to see the level of care we received from beginning to end. If you have a little one that needs to be tested this is the place to go. The doctors are kid friendly.

Check with your insurance 1000 times before you go. When scheduling an appointment the office staff reassured me that my copayment is $40. Well a month letter I was served with a $500 bill :):) insurance paid $3500 I paid $500 from pocket and all that for a 3 hour screening 🙂 just make sure you don’t trust the office stuff and call yourself.

I highly recommend this place. The staff explained my benefits and gave me a pretty good estimate of how much I would spend to get assessment for college accommodations. Being able to know upfront how much this would cost was a plus, other places just send you a huge bill. The doctor was able to accommodate my schedule and got assessed in 1 week from calling.
