Just had another appointment scheduled for today. And once again the people they outsource as admins to set your appointments cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Just great. That’s all I have to say. This is the worst customer service on planet earth. Get it together and learn to set your patients appointments right. It’s simple, this is the 3rd time this has happened.

Been going here for over a year. Dr. Ani is caring and attentive. I appreciate the telehealth appointments and the staff always follows up to get me my next appointment.

Honestly wish I could give this place 0 zero stars.
1. During my consultation the doctor INSISTED that I be put on experimental medication if I was going to be an inpatient program.
2. My name was and still is misspelled on the third patient portal and I cannot alter it without having to calling them and being placed on hold with several frustrated and inept office workers
3. To discontinue any service I was met with petulant attitudes and guilt for not taking care of my mental health.
4. Instead of using the insurance that they had said would cover it they had asked for my credit card information after my consult.
5. Just went back on the third party patient portal (after 2 years) to set up with another provider only to find THEY STILL HAVEN'T UPDATED the spelling of my name which led to confusion with my new provider. My email literally has my first name.

Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere that actually takes your mental health seriously and with respect as well as has the care to make sure important information is spelled correctly and doesn't further cause problems down the line.

Called to make a first time appointment, everything was going good untill my boyfriend had to look for his insurance card, we only have been look for the card for 10 seconds whenthe women on the phone rudely said "hurry up there are a lot of more people on the phone" me and my boyfriend looked each other confused, then she then sarcastically said "can you help me please?! " at this point I told her we are no longer interested in getting services from there. Extremely unprofessional and discouraged my boyfriend seeking for behavioral health care.

Dr. JENNIFER ONYEKONWU-MCGILL Is absolutely amazing. I have been getting treated by Dr. Jennifer for 5 years now, and she has always been so welcoming, supportive, caring and kind. It's not everyday you come across a Doctor who truly cares about their patients but with Dr. McGill, you definitely do.

Horrible experience with this group. I was in desperate need of Behavioral/Mental Health services due to work related stress. I started my treatment and was put on stress leave. My employer offers short term disability through MetLife, to help supplement my income while I was on leave. I did my part to start my claim, and MetLife reached out to this provider multiple times, to obtain physician notes for my claim. This provider ignored every attempt. MetLife finally started contacting me to help assist in obtaining the medical notes necessary to approve my claim. When calling this office, I spoke with a gentleman who gave me the run around, and ended up scheduling another appointment with my doctor, just to let her know what I needed. She had me fill out an authorization form, and then provided me with the notes I had requested. Then I had to email them to MetLife to hurry up the process, since at this point, I was close to the end of my one-month leave. I confirmed they received the notes from me. When I followed up a couple weeks later to check on status, they informed me that the clinician needed more info and had been attempting to contact this provider, with no luck. I feel like they purposely ignore the insurance companies request. Fast forward to now, after being back to work for over a week, I still have not gotten paid due to this providers inability to provide the simple documents MetLife has requested. Furthermore, my state disability claim through EDD has requested this provider to complete form DE 2105 online to get my state benefits. After being placed on hold, the receptionist informed me my provider doesn’t complete the forms online and I’d have to print them out and bring them to the office to be completed, which creates a new level of difficulty, as EDD does not provide that portion of the form to me. This provider has caused me so much more stress, and had I known this was going to be my experience, I would have never even sought help.

Hem was outstanding. After addressing pharmacy concerns he immediately assisted me through the process with a very attentive and caring attitude. Today I was met with phenomenal care & ease, he was incredibly helpful & made a stressful situation easy.
