This was my first time coming to this office. I found it on google. My experience here was amazing. I was helped by Sarah at the front desk and she was a pleasure from check in to check out. Rosio took my x-rays and she was very sweet as well. Lastly Dr. Dang did my exam and she was very thorough in explaining the work I need done. What I loved about this office is that everyone was friendly and I felt absolutely no pressure. They are needs focused and work with your schedule. Thank you!!!

This dentistry is awesome!! I had the best experience from a dentist ever! I had deep cleani scaling and laser fone by Natalie the hygienist. OMG! SHE'S GREAT AND AWESOME! She did an excellent fantastic job on my cleaning. I love her! 🤗 This dentistry is very professional and thorough. They really look out for your dental needs and what is best for you. My parents, who do not speak English, visited this dental office two weeks ago. During the appointment, the staff introduced a procedure called "bacterial decontamination," stating it was recommended. I question the necessity of this so-called "deep cleaning." Without fully understanding the procedure or its cost, both of my parents agreed to it.

After the appointment, they were billed a staggering amount—over $1,700 out-of-pocket—even though they have a PPO Incentive plan, and the insurance already paid more than $5,000. This is outrageous.

The clinic failed to clearly explain the procedure and associated costs before proceeding. My parents were pressured to pay immediately after the appointment, with a staff member repeatedly insisting that the doctor had explained everything. However, my parents, due to the language barrier, did not understand what they were agreeing to or receiving.

The charges for the "deep cleaning" are not only unreasonable but also indicative of a lack of transparency and patient-centered care. This experience raises serious concerns about their practices and the lack of effort in ensuring patients fully understand their treatments and financial responsibilities.

It’s always a great experience when I’m here. They provide plenty of reminders that an upcoming is near and are transparent with costs before procedures are done. The facility and tools are always clean. The staff always have smiles on their face when they area wearing masks. 😷
