I absolutely love this place. I've been a member for many years, and the communication and extended services, (i.e. loaning out rowers, kettle bells and various gym equipment) throughout this pandemic has been incredible. It has really helped me stay on track and help with mental clarity during these stressful times. The zoom session in the mornings have kept me feeling connected to some of my favorite gym faces as well. Keep up the hard work Mari and Ric. Had such high hopes. Absolutely horrible communication. Ghosted me after 3 mos. always had a major problem responding to anything (not a great attribute given remote - don’t respond to phone, email or text) but it eventually just became non existent. Don’t pay them your money unless you want a generic program that’s completely repetitive for $100 a month with no communication.

The entire family trains here. Not your typical gym. All about strength and movement. No mirrors or judgment! There are all ages here teens to octogenarians all working hard and moving.
