If there was a way to leave NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD!

I found this dentist office through Delta Dental, and they stated they were taking new patients. I spoke with someone and setup an appointment for the Rancho location, and confirmed the appointment for a Monday at 3pm. They even texted me to "confirm" the appointment the Wednesday prior.

I leave work early and get to my appointment on time, only to find out NO ONE IS THERE. The office door was locked, dark and empty. I call several times, NO ONE ANSWERED. Finally 15 minutes later, someone calls me back and tells me "oh, sorry. The Doctor had an emergency today."

If that's the case, that's fine, but you should notify your patients and appointments so they don't have to waste time and gas. She says "I'm sorry, I'm sure the Doctor will compensate you". How? Anyways, I schedule a new appointment. Earliest available appointment is on a Sunday at 11am, that same week. Same office.

I show up on Sunday, and again… NO ONE IS AT THE OFFICE.

Called for 30 minutes straight, no answer. Called BOTH their Glendale and Rancho Cucamonga offices, and the generic number they use to "confirm" appointments. NO ONE ANSWERING.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, GAS AND ENERGY.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I never even stepped foot into their building, and had a terrible experience. These people have no idea how to be accountable.

Dr. Nario is the best dentist in Glendale. I drive all the way from Orange County because I got a referral from a friend. Treatment from her is basically a pain and stress free experience. I rarely go out of my way to write reviews but this time I felt I must. Her staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all professional. I was in and out within an hour for a cleaning and filling two cavities. Call and make an appointment. Be sure to ask for Emmie for the best customer service experience. Dr. Elvira is excellent! Very personable and friendly. She is meticulous and detailed in her work and takes her time to get the work done right. I'm very happy and appreciative of the professionalism. The clinic is very clean and inviting as well. I Highly Recommend.

This is definitely the best dentist I've been to. The dentist is super friendly, very attentive and her follow up is great. I needed a big dental job done and she worked with me to get everything done when it was easy for me financially. Highly recommend. I won't be going anywhere else for my dental needs besides here.

Worst experience! I had to file a grievance with my insurance provider. They agreed with me, borderline patient abandoment, unethical treatment and not following insurance protocol. Insurance provider recommended Dr Nario to refund me well over $1,000. I had to dispute 2 claims on credit card to get some money back. Nario owes me $500 but refuses to return calls and letters.
AVOID THIS DENTIST!

Dr. Nario is so compassionate, caring and gentle. She is unlike any other dentist I’ve been to. I used to dread going to the dentist, even for a cleaning, but it was a pleasure having Dr. Nario preform my root canal. I highly recommend Smile Experts to everyone I can.

So happy to have Dra. Nario as my dentist, she was recommended by a friend, I had my root canal done and it was quick and painless. Dr. Nario is extremely thorough and made me sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Also her staffs (Jerome,Noel,Regina) are very professional, accommodating and cheerful too:)) Been going to this clinic for a year now and very happy and satisfied for the services they offered.😊👍😊

walked in to ask about their zoom teeth whitening and decided to make an appointment. I was attended right away. They provided the best service in asking me if I wasn't feeling any discomfort through the procedure and had a bell in case I needed their assistance. I am happy with my teeth and have decided to come by for my checkups in the near future.
