My experience from beginning to end was excellent. Great Customer Service. Front desk very helpful from signing inn to checking out. Front desk makes sure you have a future appointment and that authorization for treatment if needed is complete. Back office is welcoming with gentleness and compassion. They are very detailed and the doctor has good bedside manners. They care about the cleanliness and health of your teeth.

Beware, I have had to submit 3 claims now to my insurance company and received over $1,300 back from my insurance for over charges the front desk makes!!! The dentist are great, they do such a good job, I just don’t like that they always offer to do more work when I’m in there or do treatment and send me to the front to pay so I can get it done same day, because the front reception always makes jokes and say they barely know how to do their job let alone keep track of their schedule and say they don’t know how to prioritize or keep track of treatments and laugh and say I have to schedule for a different day. I personally think it’s rude, I work with plenty of doctors and they are definitely smart and capable enough to keep track of their schedule I feel like they should give them a little more credit instead of making them seem like dummies! If the e dentists weren’t so great I definitely go somewhere else cus the front desk ladies are scams and rip you off on purpose

We have been going here for over 20 years. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Etemadi is caring, skilled and professional. His assistants are also warm and thorough. They all have gone over and above when a couple situations called for it.

I had a dental emergency and thank God for a cancellation. I was a new patient and didn’t know what to expect. I was warmly greeted and quickly assisted. I was in the chair before I could even finish writing. The Dental Assistant was very nice and so was the Dentist. Very professional and great bedside manner. Before I knew it the procedure was complete. I will be back and bringing my children.

We’ve been coming to Star Dental for over 20 years!!!!! Started with mom, and my daughter was 2 years old when she first came here and now she is 19 years old. We love the staff, they are all friendly and professional!!! All who have assisted us with our cleanings, removing teeth, crowns, implants, braces, etc…. Have done an excellent job!!!! Thank you Star Dental for everything

I haven’t been to a dentist in years, so I had no idea who to choose so I asked a coworker who suggested this dental office. So glad I did, they performed the initial exam and X-rays and told me I needed a deep cleaning. Set up an appointment which took place over 2 visits and the professionalism and care of the team kept my anxiety in check. The doctor told me what I was going to feel during the procedure and what to expect after and it went exactly as he stated. That built trust and confidence in his ability to take care of my needs. I highly recommend this office.

I travel Miles to come to Star Dental, Dr Etemaldi and Entire Front Office are Stellar! I always receive compliments in regards to my smile…. What can I say …. Star Dental is The Best!
