This place is the best. Always has the latest essential oils and current trending treatments. They have an extensive knowledge of what they are doing and the customer service is great. You walk out feeling like a million bucks. Kristin is really great she knows so much and can really get rid of your knots.

The Sanctuary is perfectly named! Their incredible massage therapists have truly saved me time and time again. A few days ago, I was having a flare up of my hiatal hernia and I got an incredible abdominal massage that relieved my pain immediately! I was able to finally eat and sleep pain free. They have also helped me so much with my tendinitis in my elbows, neck pain, migraines, and stress. Their massage therapists always take time to really understand what’s going on in my body and provide the right care. And the best part is, all of the add ons (like cupping and gua sha) are FREE! If you are looking to get a massage, you cannot go wrong with The Sanctuary. Go book yourself a massage, you deserve it!

I attended a workshop of essential oils and other nutrition products conducted by Kristin Kohs the director of the sanctuary spa I learnt a lot about managing stress and living a balanced healthy life using day to day products.

I learnt a few things that I never knew before and Kristin method of teaching is so simple it is very easy to understand.

I highly recommended attending this workshop.

This is the place! I highly recommend The Sanctuary for its warm and holistic approach to massage. I've come limping or tight from sitting at my desk, full of stress on my back, and they have provided such care and relief - it is unbelievable. I leave there feeling anew and refreshed - A sanctuary that works miracles on your body. Love them!

I have been getting treatments at The Sanctuary for many years. I have always loved their services, and continue to feel that way! All the therapists are certified as medical providers so have continued to work through the pandemic, providing service with the utmost of care and professionalism, being sure to observe all Covid safety protocols. Malissa is especially exceptional! She has gone out of her way to customize my treatments so they are exactly what I need. She is friendly and warm... really listens to my specific needs... and gives me massages and treatments that leave me feeling wonderful!

I have been getting my massages from The Sanctuary for the last 3 years or so, and have always had an amazing experience. They are very clean and comfortable - everything is very sanitary, so I am able to relax, even now with COVID concerns. Kristin, the owner, is amazing, and she only hires other amazing massage therapists. They all pay attention to what your body really needs, and have many different tools and practices to address all of the parts that need more attention. I highly recommend!

Been coming here for years and still love it! My last visit was October 2020, so I can confidently say they are COVID compliant AND have medical certifications, so they are taking extra precautions for your safety.

I have never, ever, had better massages anywhere else in the world. Everyone on the staff is incredibly talented, starting with the owner Kristin, who only hires superior therapists. No matter who you choose to work with, you will have a phenomenal experience. Whether you have a chronic issue, or just want to de-stress, this is, truly, a Sanctuary for healing.
