Dr. Trieu, Dr. Chen, and Sheila were extremely professional, explaining the process clearly and keeping me updated throughout. Horrible reception. Made a 4pm appointment for bracelet consultation, waited for 40 mins and still no one is attending. They have 5 staffs in the front walking around doing nothing, giggling and laughing, while seeing patient sitting there waiting and so not attend them. Their reason was, oh there is only one doctor today. Well, that’s on you! You did not notify your patients, plus no greeting, no attention to your patients.

Horrible experience. In addition, the place doesn’t feel like a clean dentistry. Reception chairs are dirty. Been to 4 different places for consultation, this is the worst one. Do not go here if you value your time

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Chen's dental practice for a broken tooth. I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff that made me feel right at home.

Dr. Chen himself was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything that was happening and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by checking in with me after the appointment to make sure I was feeling alright.

The facilities at the practice were top-notch. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with plenty of reading material to keep me occupied. The dental exam rooms were pristine, and the state-of-the-art equipment made the experience even better. I was impressed by the modern technology that Dr. Chen and his staff used, as it made the procedure quick and painless.

But what really stood out to me was the level of care and attention that Dr. Chen and his staff provided. They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, and they did so with genuine concern and compassion. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and truly care about their patients' wellbeing.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Chen's dental practice to anyone in need of dental care. The entire experience, from start to finish, was seamless and comfortable. Dr. Chen and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of, and I would not hesitate to go back again. Their attention to detail, expertise, and compassion is second to none, and I left feeling grateful for the exceptional care that I received.

I will ALWAYS come to this dentist! I feel they are honest and genuinely care about me as a person, and not just a paycheck. The ladies up front are so kind! They accommodated me so that I was able to be seen same day. My partner now goes to this dentist because I highly recommended it. I needed urgent dental care during the midst of Covid and was happy to find that Precision Dental and Orthodontics was exceeding all the safety guidelines.
